The Aquafarer RIB 330 is our most popular small RIB — light enough for two people to lift on yacht davits, stiff enough to plane eagerly with a 15 hp outboard, and stable enough to host five adults at anchor. Technical Features

• Hull: CE-certified marine-grade aluminium 5083 (3 mm thickness), seam-welded using TIG welding for strength without excess weight. The aluminium construction naturally resists corrosion in saltwater environments and is easily repaired by any aluminium fabricator — a genuine advantage over fibreglass for coastal and commercial operators. Hull colour options: white, navy, grey, black, or custom RAL finish. Aluminium can be left unpainted for minimal maintenance.
• Tubes: 1.2 mm PVC, UV- and abrasion-resistant, with 3 independent air chambers for puncture redundancy. The tube set is fully replaceable — a replacement tube set can be fitted in our workshop within 2–3 days. Six grab lines and four lifting points make handling safe and secure. Tube colours: black, grey, white, orange, or blue. Hypalon material upgrade available for extended UV resistance in tropical climates.
• Deck & Layout: Self-bailing aluminium deck with anti-slip surface channels water overboard. Console-mounted navigation position with windscreen, with passenger seating forward. Pre-rigged with battery, controls, fuel line, and navigation lights.
• Engine & Performance: Recommended 15 hp four-stroke outboard delivers relaxed planing performance with 2–3 persons aboard. Rated for up to 25 hp for heavier payloads or higher speed requirements. Estimated cruising speed 12–17 knots, top speed 18–22 knots depending on load, engine, and water conditions. Fuel consumption approximately 4–7 L/h at cruising speed with 15 hp.
• Safety: Three independent chambers, self-bailing deck, bilge pump, navigation lights, mooring lines, and fenders included as standard. The aluminium hull adds impact resistance in rocky or shallow anchoring situations and provides a sacrificial rub area that fibreglass cannot match.
• Manufacturing & Quality: Aluminium hull fabricated using precision-cut panels and TIG-welded seams. Tubes assembled using hot-air thermofusion welding for air-tight, consistent seam strength. Each hull undergoes a 48-hour quality soak test and a 24-hour pressure-hold test before delivery. All aluminium surfaces receive anti-corrosion treatment.
• Certifications: CE certified under EU Recreational Craft Directive 2013/53/EU (Category C — coastal). ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Hull warranty 5 years, tube warranty 2 years, buoyancy warranty 5 years.
• Customisation: Custom hull graphics, tube colours, console layouts, seating configurations, and private-label branding available for OEM, fleet, and government orders.

• Yacht tender (premium): The aluminium hull and 95 kg weight make it an ideal davit-liftable tender for yachts 35–60 ft. The 5-person capacity comfortably transfers crew, guests, and provisions. The aluminium hull stands up to repeated docking against mothership hulls without gelcoat cracking.
• Family day boating: Seats 5 adults with room for a cooler, beach gear, and water toys. The 165 cm beam provides reassuring stability for children boarding from the water. Garage-storable and towable behind most family cars.
• Coastal cruising & harbour exploring: Self-bailing deck, 25 L fuel range, and reliable planing performance make it ideal for coastal exploring — harbour hopping, beach landings, and coastal picnics. The aluminium hull can be intentionally beached on sand or shingle without damage.
