We empower water sports enthusiasts globally with safer, more comfortable, and more enjoyable products through relentless innovation in inflatable stand-up paddle boards (SUPs) and boats. Our dedicated team of engineers, designers, and passionate water sports experts are shaping the future of the industry, consistently raising the bar for quality, performance, and sustainability.
Our R&D facility brings together material scientists, naval architects, and production engineers under one roof. From fabric formulation and hull simulation to welding process development and full-scale sea trials, every stage of product development is driven by data and validated by testing.

Our Laboratories
PVC Fabric Lab
Continuous research and testing of PVC and Hypalon tube fabrics for tensile strength, UV resistance, abrasion, and low-temperature flexibility to ensure long-term reliability in marine environments.
Hull Engineering Studio
CAD-driven design and finite element analysis of HDPE, aluminum, and fiberglass hulls. Every hull is digitally simulated for stress distribution and impact resistance before the first prototype is built.
RF Welding Center
Dedicated radio-frequency welding facility with precision temperature and pressure control, producing high-strength, airtight seams that meet marine industry standards for inflatable craft.
Hydrodynamic Test Tank
Scale-model testing in our in-house test tank to optimize hull form, planing performance, stability, and fuel efficiency across a range of load and sea conditions.
Prototype Workshop
Full-scale prototyping and rigging facility where new models are built, fitted, and sea-trialed. Every prototype undergoes a minimum 20-hour in-water test programme before production approval.
Quality & Inspection Lab
Dedicated quality assurance lab performing tensile testing, air-retention cycling, seam peel tests, and material certification to ensure every boat leaving the workshop meets our published specifications.
